| Physical and Chemical Properties | The milky white slurry with good dispersibility is neutral. It belongs to non ionic compounds. Melting point 182~184 ℃. Insoluble in water, soluble in DMF and ethanol, acid resistant to pH 2-3, and alkali resistant to pH around 10. Resistant to hard water to 5 × 10-4. The optimal dyeing temperature is 150 ℃ (in a neutral or weakly alkaline bath), which can withstand roasting at 180-200 ℃. Its slurry and diluent are not sensitive to light. |

Firstly, 33 portions of xylene were injected into the reactor, followed by 3.5 portions of o-aminop-cresol, 2.0 portions of hydroxysuccinic acid, and 0.1 portions of boric acid. Carbon dioxide was introduced and heated to boiling under stirring. Reflux for 12 hours, and use a water separator to separate the generated water during the reaction. After the reaction is completed, cool down to 130 ℃, add activated carbon, stir and heat for reflux for half an hour, filter, cool the filtrate to 15 ℃, precipitate crystals, and dry to obtain the crude product. Put the crude product, water, and polyvinyl alcohol together into a sand mill to grind to a certain fineness, then add an appropriate amount of leveling agent O, formaldehyde, polyvinyl alcohol solution, etc., and stir thoroughly to obtain the finished product (the dosage in preparation is the mass fraction).

chemical properties
this product is a milky white slurry with good dispersibility and is neutral. It is a non-ionic compound. Melting point 182~184 ℃. Insoluble in water, soluble in DMF and ethanol, acid resistance to pH = 2~3, alkali resistance to pH = 10 or so. Hard water resistance to 5 × 10-4. The best dyeing temperature is 150 ℃ (in neutral or weak alkaline bath) and can withstand roasting at 180~200 ℃. Its slurry and diluent are not sensitive to light.
use
1. This product is used as a whitening agent for synthetic fibers, and is suitable for whitening polyester, nylon, acetate or synthetic fibers, cotton, wool blended fabrics, etc. The fabric with it is effective in good light fastness and moisture fastness.

production method
